Cancellation of labels for Start offers cannot be done through the Web Service Mondial Relay. It is therefore not possible to cancel a label from the Shopify app.

You must go through Connect:
In the app Mondial Relay Shopify, click on --> My mondialrelay.fr space --> My profile Mondial Relay.

Once in your Connect business space, under "package tracking", at the bottom left "NOT SUPPORTED" and finally "SEARCH".
