Labels for Start offers cannot be cancelled via the Web Service Mondial Relay. It is therefore not possible to cancel a label from the Shopify app.

You need to go through Connect:
In the Mondial Relay Shopify app, click on --> My mondialrelay.fr space --> My profile Mondial Relay.

Once in your Connect professional space, click on "Parcel tracking", then on the bottom left-hand corner "NOT SUPPORTED" and finally "SEARCH".
