Labels for Start offers cannot be cancelled via the Web Service Mondial Relay. It is therefore not possible to cancel a label from the Shopify app.

Vous devez passer par Connect : 
Dans l'app Mondial Relay Shopify, cliquez sur --> Mon espace mondialrelay.fr --> Mon profil Mondial Relay.

Une fois dans votre espace professionnel Connect, rubrique "suivi des colis", en bas à gauche "NON PRIS EN CHARGE" et enfin "RECHERCHER".
