You must generate a return label manually in Connect.

Here's how to do it:
1. In the Mondial Relay Shopify app, click on --> My Shipments --> Create Label Manually

2. You will be redirected to the manual label creation Mondial Relay.

3. Enter your company's contact information as the recipient and then choose the Service Point in which you want to receive the return.
