You need to generate a return label manually in Connect.

Here's how to do it:
1. In the Mondial Relay Shopify app, click on --> My Shipments --> Create Label Manually

2. You will be redirected to the manual label creation Mondial Relay.

3. Enter your company details as the recipient and then choose the Point Relais® in which you would like to receive the return.
