No order appears in the app

Orders that have not been dispatched or archived, that have been paid/partially reimbursed, and that contain the key words in the delivery mode, are returned to the application.

There are several possible scenarios:

- You have not captured the payment or the payment is pending

- The titles of your delivery methods are incorrectly configured. In most cases, they should contain "point de retrait" for du Service Point or "Mondial Relay" for home delivery. For more details, see this article

- You have archived/shipped the order (check that automatic shipping is deactivated in Settings --> Checkout)

- Order more than one month old
