No order appears in the app
Unshipped and non-archived, paid/partially refunded orders that contain the keywords in the delivery method are returned to the application.
There are several scenarios:
- You have not captured the payment or the payment is pending
- In most cases, they should contain "point de retrait" for "du Service Point or "Mondial Relay" for home delivery. For more details, see this article
- You have archived/shipped the order (check that auto-shipment is disabled in Settings --> Checkout)
- The order is older than one month
