Description of tracking table columns

Column description

The Shipment Tracking dashboard lists all orders shipped from the application. Here is a description of each column

Order no.

Shows Shopify order number and customer name (column can be filtered)

Label

This column allows you to download the package label again.

Order date

Shopify order date

Shipment date

Date order shipped from application

Delivery mode

Indicates how the order is delivered. You can filter by Home/Relay/Drive to display an order type more easily.

Status

Order status reported by Mondial Relay

Country

Two-character country code (column can be filtered)

Tracking no.

Indicates the tracking number Mondial Relay.
