New! Mondial Relay now offers home delivery from France to France!


You will need to update your Shopify application settings if you wish to take advantage of this new offer.


Procedure for setting up home delivery in France


  1. Recover your API 2 credentials by following this guide

    Retrieve your 3 pieces of information: Brand ID API, Login API and Password API

  2. Log on to the Mondial Relay application on Shopify

  3. Go to application settings

  4. Add your API2 credentials to the configuration and click Update settings to save.

  5. Return to your Shopify back-office to create a home delivery method for France.
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Shipping and delivery
    3. Click on the delivery zone that contains France

    4. Click on add a tariff

  6. Create a home delivery mode for France, the title of which must contain "Mondial Relay" for orders to show up in the application.

    We advise you:

    - Title: Home delivery Mondial Relay

    - Description : New service - Mondial Relay now delivers to your home 🏡

  7. Place a test order. This step is important to make sure everything works.

  8. Once the test order has been placed, return to the Mondial Relay application. You should see your order marked as home. You can then print the label 🎉
