Do you have a logistician?

Your logistics provider can retrieve Point Relais® information directly from Shopify orders.
  1. Identifiers Mondial Relay

    Ask your logistician to provide you with your Shopify identifiers: Store Code, Private Key and Brand Code.
  2. Point Relais® ID recovery

    Your logistician can retrieve order information via the  "note_attributes" available in the "Orders" section of the Admin API.

    These fields are available for orders whose "order.shipping_lines[0].shipping_title" (remember to lowercase this variable) contains "point de retrait" or "service point" or "drive".

    mondial_relay_id --> Point Relais® identifier ex: 002430
    mondial_relay_name --> Name of Point Relais® ex: Carrefour City Paris
    mondial_relay_zip --> Postal code of Point Relais® ex: 75000
    mondial_relay_city --> Point Relais® city ex: Paris
    mondial_relay_address --> Point Relais® address ex: 41 RUE ANATOLE FRANCE
