Your logistics provider can retrieve information from Service Point directly from Shopify orders.
  1. Login Mondial Relay

    Ask your logistician to provide you with your Shopify login details: Store Code, Private Key and Brand Code
  2. Recovery of relay IDs

    Your logistician can retrieve the order information via the  "note_attributes" available in the "Orders" section of the API Admin.

    These fields are available for orders whose "order.shipping_lines[0].shipping_title" (remember to lowercase this variable) contains "point de retrait" or "service point" or "drive".

    mondial_relay_country --> Country from Service Point ex: FR
    mondial_relay_id --> Identifier of Service Point ex: 002430
    mondial_relay_name --> Name of Service Point ex: Carrefour City Paris
    mondial_relay_zip --> Postal code of Service Point ex: 75000
    mondial_relay_city --> City of Service Point ex: Paris
    mondial_relay_address --> Address of Service Point ex: 41 RUE ANATOLE FRANCE
